  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend works best)
  • 1 bag (9.5 oz) Fritos corn chips
  • 1 cup sour cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground meat in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning and a splash of water; stir and let simmer for a few minutes.
