- 1 lb fresh ahi tuna, diced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced avocado
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup spicy mayo
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix tuna with soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil.
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet and top with cheese.
- Bake for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and top with spiced tuna, avocado, and green onions.
- Drizzle with spicy mayo and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
