  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard

Instructions

  1. Heat a flat-top grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Divide beef into 8 small balls and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place a tortilla on the grill, press a beef ball onto it, and smash flat with a spatula.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until crispy, then flip.
  5. Add cheese and cook for another minute until melted.
  6. Top with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  7. Fold and serve immediately.
