- 2 sushi-grade yellowfin tuna steaks (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- Pat the tuna steaks dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and black pepper.
