8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
6 large eggs
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder

1 package of frozen hash browns (about 30 ounces, thawed)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Combine the cooked sausage, thawed hash browns, and cream cheese mixture in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread evenly, and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
