1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 36 crackers)
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place half of the Ritz crackers on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle chocolate chips and mini marshmallows on top of each cracker.
Top with the remaining Ritz crackers to create sandwiches.
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are slightly melted.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
