Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add cold water and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread peach pie filling evenly over the dough.
  7. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 8 pieces.
  8. Place each piece in a muffin tin and brush with egg wash.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
