Peach Jalapeno Jam

A sweet and spicy jam combining peaches and jalapeños for a unique flavor.

  • 4 cups peeled and chopped peaches
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped jalapeños (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 packet (1.75 oz) powdered pectin

Instructions

  1. Combine peaches, jalapeños, and lemon juice in a large pot.
  2. Stir in pectin and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  4. Boil for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  5. Skim off any foam and pour into sterilized jars.
  6. Seal and process in a water bath for 10 minutes.

  • Use ripe but firm peaches for best texture.
