Easy single-serve mason jar overnight oats that stay fresh for 4–5 days. Perfect for meal prep and on-the-go breakfasts.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • Fresh fruit or nuts for topping

Instructions

  1. Add oats, milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and chia seeds to a mason jar.
  2. Stir well to combine.
