Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan by greasing it.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
