A quick and easy one-pot meal with tender ground beef, creamy sauce, and noodles—perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Stir in mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add egg noodles and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
