No-Bake Chocolate Chip Protein Bars

Easy homemade protein bars packed with 15g+ protein, perfect for gym snacks. Made with oat-nut base and chocolate drizzle.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or peanuts)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (for chocolate drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, almond butter, honey, protein powder, nuts, chocolate chips, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Press mixture firmly into a lined 8×8-inch pan.
  3. Melt coconut oil and remaining chocolate chips, then drizzle over the bars.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
  5. Cut into bars and store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Bars stay fresh in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  • Swap almond butter for peanut butter if preferred.
  • For extra crunch, add more nuts or seeds.
