Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp sweetener (honey, sugar, or syrup)
  • 1/4 cup cooked tapioca pearls (optional)
  • Ice cubes (for iced version)

Instructions

  1. Sift matcha powder into a bowl to remove clumps.
  2. Add a small amount of hot water and whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour in milk and sweetener, then stir well.
  4. For iced version, add ice cubes to a glass.
