A refreshing and creamy Indian yogurt drink made with ripe mangoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again for a chilled lassi.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
  • Adjust sugar based on sweetness of mangoes.
  • For a vegan version, use coconut yogurt and almond milk.
