A creamy, no-bake Filipino dessert with layers of graham crackers, whipped cream, and fresh mangoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pack (200g) graham crackers
  • 3 ripe mangoes, sliced

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk gently.
  3. Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the crackers.
  5. Add a layer of sliced mangoes.
  6. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
  • Chill the cream before whipping for better results.
