4 pork shoulder steaks (about 1 inch thick)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Place pork steaks in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best flavor).
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove pork from marinade and discard excess liquid.
Grill steaks for 5-6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
