Iced Berry Green Tea

A refreshing and healthy iced tea made with green tea and mixed berries.

Ingredients

  • 2 green tea bags
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 cups of water and steep the green tea bags for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.
  3. In a blender, blend the mixed berries until smooth.
  4. Strain the berry puree to remove seeds if desired.
  5. Mix the berry puree with the cooled green tea.
  6. Add honey if you prefer a sweeter taste.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
  8. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

  • Use fresh berries for the best flavor.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • For a stronger tea flavor, steep the tea bags longer.
