- 2 green tea bags
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
- Boil 4 cups of water and steep the green tea bags for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.
- In a blender, blend the mixed berries until smooth.
- Strain the berry puree to remove seeds if desired.
- Mix the berry puree with the cooled green tea.
- Add honey if you prefer a sweeter taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
- Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- Use fresh berries for the best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For a stronger tea flavor, steep the tea bags longer.
