- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
