Easy no-bake protein bars with oats, nut butter, and protein powder. Perfect for meal prep and post-workout snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, peanut butter, protein powder, honey, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the top (optional).
  4. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour, then slice into bars.

Notes

  • Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer.
  • Use almond butter for a nut-free option.
  • Press tightly to prevent crumbling.
