A spicy, protein-packed buffalo chicken dip made with Greek yogurt and low-fat cheese. Perfect for meal prep and fitness enthusiasts.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in shredded cheese and cottage cheese.
  4. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish.
