Quick and easy protein balls made with wholesome ingredients, perfect for a nutritious snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1-inch diameter).
  3. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.

Notes

  • For nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter.
  • Swap honey with date paste for lower sugar.
  • Add cocoa powder for a chocolatey twist.
