- 2 ahi tuna steaks (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
- Coat tuna steaks with the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear tuna steaks for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
