Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  3. Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and roast for 5 more minutes.
