A spicy wellness tonic made with apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, and peppers to support immunity.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh horseradish, grated
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 10 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 jalapeños, sliced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp black peppercorns
  • 1/4 cup raw honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except honey in a clean glass jar.
  2. Pour apple cider vinegar over the mixture until fully submerged.
  3. Seal the jar and store in a cool, dark place for 4 weeks, shaking daily.
  4. Strain the liquid into a clean bottle, pressing solids to extract all liquid.
  5. Stir in honey if using.
  6. Take 1-2 tablespoons daily as needed.

Notes

  • Adjust spiciness by adding more or fewer peppers.
  • Use organic ingredients for best results.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 6 months.
