  • 2 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix tuna, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, onion, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
