A comforting and easy-to-make tuna noodle casserole perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix soup, milk, tuna, and peas.
  4. Add cooked noodles and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  7. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over cheese.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • Use whole wheat noodles for a healthier option.
  • Add diced onions or celery for extra flavor.
  • Substitute cream of celery soup if preferred.
