A quick and creamy cold corn dip perfect for summer gatherings. Ready in just 5 minutes with simple ingredients.

  • 1 can (15 oz) fiesta corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine fiesta corn, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  2. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, chili powder, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes
