  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Stir in flour and oats until combined.
  4. Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
  6. Let cool before cutting into bars.
