A light and fluffy no-bake dessert perfect for fall entertaining and Thanksgiving. Quick to make with simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin (optional for firmer texture)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip gently until fully combined.
  3. If using gelatin, dissolve it in 2 tbsp warm water and mix into the mousse.
  4. Divide into individual cups or a serving dish.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Make ahead up to 2 days for easy entertaining.
  • Use homemade whipped cream for a richer taste.
  • Top with cinnamon or crushed graham crackers for extra flavor.
