A quick, no-fail pumpkin fudge recipe with white chocolate and pumpkin spice flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Stir in pumpkin puree, condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla.
  4. Pour mixture into the pan and smooth the top.
  5. Freeze for 1 hour, then cut into squares.

Notes

  • Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
  • Wrap individual pieces for easy gifting.
