  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls.
  4. Place dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Flatten each ball slightly with a fork, making a crisscross pattern.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  7. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
