A 10-minute summer dessert featuring fresh peaches topped with a crunchy oat-nut crumble. Perfect for small batches in the air fryer and pairs wonderfully with ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss peaches in a small skillet or air fryer-safe dish.
  3. Mix oats, nuts, maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the peaches.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
