- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 4 large egg yolks
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 tbsp grated lime zest
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Whisk egg yolks, condensed milk, lime juice, and zest until smooth.
- Pour filling into crust. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Chill pie for at least 4 hours.
- Whip cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Top pie with whipped cream before serving.
