Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tbsp grated lime zest
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Whisk egg yolks, condensed milk, lime juice, and zest until smooth.
  5. Pour filling into crust. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Chill pie for at least 4 hours.
  7. Whip cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  8. Top pie with whipped cream before serving.
