- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 bag (9.75 oz) Doritos, crushed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, cheese soup, and milk. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Layer half the crushed Doritos in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the beef mixture over the Doritos.
- Top with remaining Doritos and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
