A simple and delicious chocolate fudge recipe that’s perfect for holidays or any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.
  5. Add marshmallow creme and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  6. Fold in nuts if using.
  7. Pour into prepared pan and let cool before cutting.

Notes

  • For vegan fudge, use dairy-free chocolate and butter substitutes.
