- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer cooked chicken and steamed broccoli in a baking dish.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and broccoli.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Combine breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
