A creamy, no-bake dessert dip combining peanut butter and chocolate flavors, perfect for parties or snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Pretzels or graham crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a serving dish.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with pretzels or graham crackers.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • For a thicker dip, reduce the amount of powdered sugar.
  • Substitute almond butter for peanut butter if preferred.
