Instructions
Marinate the chicken by combining olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and herbs in a bowl. Add the chicken breasts and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
For grilling, preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
For baking, preheat the oven to 400°F, place the chicken in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
