- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 bag (9.75 oz) Doritos (nacho cheese flavor)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and milk.
- Crush half the Doritos and layer them at the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
- Spread the ground beef mixture over the Doritos.
- Pour the soup mixture evenly over the beef.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Crush the remaining Doritos and sprinkle over the cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
