- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon zest
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
