Quick and healthy tuna patties made in the air fryer, perfect for a busy weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix tuna, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Brush the patties lightly with olive oil.
  5. Place patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
