- 1/4 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
- In a bowl, mix tuna, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
