  • 4 oz cream cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix tuna, cream cheese (or Greek yogurt), and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir well.
  3. Fold in chopped parsley.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
