  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. Chop hard-boiled eggs and mix with potatoes.
  3. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, relish, salt, and pepper.
