- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice. Stir well.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until coated.
- Garnish with lemon zest and fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
- Add grilled chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
