A creamy, low-sugar ice cream made with just 4 ingredients in your blender. Perfect for a healthy dessert with fun flavor add-ins.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk (any kind)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a freezer-safe container.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  5. Let soften slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For strawberry cheesecake flavor, blend in 1/2 cup fresh strawberries.
  • For chocolate flavor, add 2 tbsp cocoa powder.
  • If too icy, blend again before serving.
  • Kids love it with sprinkles or fresh fruit.
