Ultra-creamy, drinkable overnight oats blended smooth for a TikTok-viral breakfast. Customize with banana-PB or berry cheesecake flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 ripe banana or 1/4 cup berries
  • 1 tbsp nut butter or yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Pour into a jar or glass.
  4. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 2 hours).
  5. Stir before drinking and add toppings if desired.

Notes

  • For thicker oats, reduce milk by 1-2 tbsp.
  • Best consumed within 24 hours.
