Ingredients

  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and pit the avocados.
  2. Blend avocados, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
