Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp peppermint or vanilla extract
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • Granulated sugar for rolling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and extract, mixing until combined.
  3. Add food coloring if desired.
  4. Roll into small balls or press into molds.
  5. If rolling, coat with granulated sugar.
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • Freeze for longer storage.
