  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 package (8.5 oz) of corn muffin mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, melted butter, and corn muffin mix.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
