Ingredients
Scale
4 pounds of country style beef ribs
1 cup of beef broth
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of hot sauce (optional)
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard (optional)
Fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme (optional)
1/2 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce (optional)
Instructions
Select the right beef ribs with good marbling and bright red color.
Marinate the ribs using a mixture of soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Cook the ribs using your preferred method: grill for 3-4 hours, bake at 300°F for 2.5 to 3 hours, or slow cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Let the ribs rest for 10-15 minutes after cooking before serving.
Notes
Choose well-marbled meat for better flavor and tenderness.
Experiment with different marinades and cooking methods.
Let the ribs rest after cooking to retain juices.
